"Nice staff, but I felt uneasy about the animal encounters"
I had an okay visit overall, and the staff were friendly, which I did appreciate. But i left feeling a little conflicted. Some of the animal encounters felt closer than they probably should be, and I couldn’t shake the feeling that the animals’ well-being might not be the top priority. I don’t want to call it a terrible place, but I do think attractions like this have a responsibility to be really transparent and careful with how animals are treated. It’s worth thinking about before you decide to go.

"Finally, a place that seems to actually care"
I don’t have a ton of patience for vague “we care about conservation” stuff, so I was glad their info was clear and actually felt genuine. They showed where the support goes, which made it way easier to trust what they’re doing

"We booked Myrtle Beach Safari it felt..."
We booked Myrtle Beach Safari it felt way more exclusive than I expected. I think we went on a Friday, or maybe it was earlier in the week... the whole trip kind of blends together now, but that day definitely stood out. It wasn’t crowded at all, and the staff made it feel really personal from start to finish. Getting that close to the animals was unreal, like nothing we’ve ever done before. It’s definitely not cheap, but for us it felt totally worth it. They didn’t rush us through, and it really felt like they cared about the experience. Such an unforgettable day

"Great Spot for Fun Photos"
I ended up getting so many cool photos here. The different backgrounds, animals, and the staff helping with angles made it really easy to get good shots. A couple of the photo moments felt a little rushed, but they still turned out really nice. the photo opportunities were probably my favorite part of the whole experience.

"Felt kind of all over the place"
I’m giving it 2 stars because the tour just felt really disorganized that day. We spent a lot of time standing around, and half the time I wasn’t sure where we were going next or what we were waiting for. The staff were nice, to be fair, but the schedule was, it just felt like things were being figured out as we went. For what it cost, I was expecting things to run a lot more smoothly

"Fun visit, but I wish I’d paid more attention before going"
I did have a fun time overall, but I left feeling uneasy about the animal care. Looking back, I kind of regret not reading more reviews or looking into it better beforehand. Some of the animals just didn’t seem as well looked after as I hoped, and it stuck with me after we left. It could have been a great experience, but that part really bothered me...

We ended up grabbing a shirt and one of the photo add-ons after our visit. The merch was cute and the quality seemed decent, though a few things felt a bit pricey. Compared to some other places, it was... well, still not bad. Overall, I’m happy with what we bought

"Nice animals, but the staff felt rushed"
The visit was okay overall, and it was nice getting to see the animals up close. That said, I wasn’t super happy with how some of the handlers acted. A few of them seemed rushed and didn’t come across as very patient when people asked questions. It made the whole experience feel a bit less comfortable than I expected. The animals were definitely the best part, but the staff vibe kind of took away from it for me.

"Helpful and respectful"
They did a good job explaining the care instructions, and I appreciated that they took the time to go over things instead of rushing me. I still had a few questions afterward, but overall it felt like they were trying to be decent and helpful, which goes a long way.

"Amazing Up-Close Animal Experience"
This was one of the best animal encounters I’ve ever had. The animals were incredible to see up close, and everything felt well-run and safe, which made the whole experience even better. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and trustworthy place to visit.

"So much fun with the animals"
I had such a great time getting to hang out with all the animals, and honestly, oh, the little ones especially were so cute. It felt like there was plenty of time to really enjoy them, pet them, watch them, just kind of take it all in. Loved it.

"Interesting place, but the group was too big"
The place itself was interesting, honestly... but our group was just way too big. It was hard to hear the guide most of the time, and everything felt a bit rushed. For the price, I guess I expected a smaller group and a better chance to actually see everything. It wasn’t terrible or anything... just kind of disappointing.

"Felt Safe and Well Looked After"
I’m usually cautious with activities like this, so I really appreciated how safe everything felt from start to finish. The staff took the time to explain the rules before each part, and they weren’t afraid to hold people back or slow things down when it was necessary. That made me feel a lot more comfortable. The only thing I’d improve is the check-in process, which felt a little unorganized, but overall I had a good experience.

"I didn’t expect to see so…"
I didn’t expect to see so many different animals. The kids were pointing at something nonstop the whole time and were completely into it. Everything felt smooth from start to finish, which made the whole visit even better.

"Cool animals, but the waiting got old"
The animals were really fun to see, and that part was definitely enjoyable. But the wait times were rough. We spent so much of the day just standing around that it started to take away from the experience. Anyway... it wasn’t a terrible visit, but the long waits definitely made it less fun than we were hoping for.

"Such a Comfortable Spot"
I really liked the vibe of this place. It was clean and well-kept, but not in that overly polished, don’t-touch-anything kind of way. It just felt comfortable and easy to be in. The staff seemed relaxed too, which made the whole visit feel calm and unhurried. Nothing was too loud or chaotic, i appreciated that a lot. Then suddenly I thought, wait, why don’t more places feel like this? You can tell they actually care about keeping it nice. I left feeling like I’d found a special spot, and I’d definitely go back.

"Refund was way easier than I expected"
I had to ask for a refund and my brain immediately went, “Great, this is going to be a whole thing.” But it was painless. They got back to me quickly, didn’t overcomplicate it, and the refund showed up right when they said it would. Simple, no runaround, no drama, exactly what I was hoping for
